Orders/Confirmation

Streetcasuals.com will accept orders placed via our online store. If, for whatever reason, you experience problems when ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us. Once you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please make sure that all the details you have entered are valid and correct so that we can process your order quickly and efficiently.

Item availability

We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible and to make sure items are in stock. However, sometimes an item may prove to be even more popular that expected and may sell out. If an order is received for an out of stock item, you will be informed of this within 24 hours and you will be given the option to cancel the order or have an alternative item sent.

Warranties

Streetcasuals.com is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to offer a full refund* or an exchange on all website orders if returned within 14 days of receipt, or 21 days in the case of international orders. Items will only be accepted in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. All exchanges will be charged return postage at full postal rate.

*Full refund will not include any postage costs.

Items should be sent by registered post and securely packaged. Please include a note with your original order number and order date. Streetcasuals.com cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Cancellations

Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund. Please take particular care with shoes, we will not be able to refund or exchange shoes with damaged boxes, as the box is considered part of the product.

Important Notice for International Customers

Please mark the parcel, very clearly, as “RETURNED ITEMS”. Streetcasuals.com will be charged import taxes if this is not written on the package.

Important Customs & Duty info for customers outside of the EU

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.

We cannot calculate your import duty for you, you must contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you will not receive an unexpected charge.

Faulty Returns

If you believe an item bought from us to be faulty in any way, please contact:

We will respond within 24hrs and advise how to proceed. Please do not return the item until we have responded to your email. Any item found not to be faulty, returned before our acknowledgment, will be returned to the sender at their own cost.

Colour Variation

Please note that colours on our website may vary slightly depending on how your monitor is callibrated.  We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we can’t guarantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in home monitor set ups.

Under Streetcasuals.com's privacy policy we will not disclose, to any third parties, your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have informed you, been authorised by you or are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.

Due to the nature of online retail, the website is constantly changing.  As a result we, from time to time, need to alter our terms and conditions. Streetcasuals.com reserves the right to change their terms and conditions without notice.
