Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a full refund (*) or an exchange on all website orders if returned within 14 days of receipt, or 21 days in the case of international orders. Items will only be accepted in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. All exchanges will be charged return postage at full postal rate.

Items should be sent by recorded post and securely packaged. Please include a note with your original order number and order date. cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.

Important Notice for International Customers

Items to be returned from outside the UK should also be returned to the above address. Please mark the parcel very clearly as “RETURNED ITEMS”. may be charged import taxes if this is not written on the package.

Faulty Goods

If you believe an item bought from us to be faulty in any way, please contact us. We will respond within 24hrs and advise how to proceed. Please do not return the item until we have responded to your email. Any item found not to be faulty, returned before our acknowledgment, will be returned to the sender at their own cost.

A full refund or replacement will be available upon confirmation of the fault, plus the cost of postage and packing (equal to the original postage and packing cost, unless proof of postage cost is supplied) and any other costs that have been incurred as a direct resultof faulty goods being supplied (providing proof is supplied).

Return of Goods Policy

All returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days of placing your order in the UK and 21 days in the case of international orders.

Items to be returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging, tags and our supplied receipt/invoice. Please take particular care with shoes, we will not be able to refund or exchange shoes with damaged boxes, as the box is considered part of the product.

You will be required to organise and pay for the return of goods to our address.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

Return of Goods Procedure

1. Contact the returns department including the following information:

• Your name
• Your address
• Your order number
• The reason for returning the item

2. We will confirm receipt of your email within 1 working day or 2 working days if the email is sent on a Saturday or Sunday, and you will be instructed on what action you will need to take to return the goods.

3. The original invoice or a note with your name, address & order no must be included. We cannot proceed without this information.

4. Once the returned goods have been checked and verified, your account will be credited via PayPal or Braintree.


We try to process all refunds within 24 hours of receipt. All refunds will be made via PayPal or Google Checkout depending on how you originally paid. Please allow 14 days for the refund to credit your account although it is usually within 1-2 days.
